What is a healthy lifestyle?
Good health is not only the absence of disease or illness, but a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. A healthy lifestyle will help us avoid health problems, diseases, weakness and conflicts.

Ancient healthy lifestyles
- Before, you drank a lot of water and exerted a lot of physical effort to work hard.
